Calorie Intake + Excersize Week Nov 7th - Nov 12



Well, I decided not to weight myself untill my birthday[Feb 5th]. I just want to focus on eating less + working out and make sure I am proud of myself than feeling like a failure when I mess up.

Tuesday-11/8
Intake:-1 cup fried rice[250], 1 kambutcha[60]=310 calories
Excesize:-1 hr-Body Combat, 1hr-Body Pump, 1 hr -dry sauna:- 800 calories
Net :- 310-800=negative[-]490 calories

Wednesday-11/9
Intake:-Chinese Food [500], Popcorn + 3diet Coke[100] = 600 calories
Excesize:-1 hr Shabam[dance] + 40 min dry Sauna=350 caloires
Net :- 600-350= +250

Thursday-11/10
Intake:-Kambutcha[70]
Excesize:-1hr -Body Combat:- 400 calories
Net :- 400-70= negative(-)320

Friday-11/11
Intake:-pop corn[2 cups]+wine[vodka+OJ]=500 + 5 miniature candies[500]=1000
Excesize:-none
Net :- 1000 calories

Saturday-11/12
Intake:-eggs+gravy[700 calories]+ wine+vodka_oj=300
Excesize:-none
Net :- 1000 calories

Daily Update

My eating habits have not been consistent..and did not quite keep track of what I've been eating...There were healthy days, binge days..days when I had no appetite..days when I just ate coz I felt like shit.Overall, I dont believe there was much change on my weight..Still 121lbs... which sucks...been locally travelling[within US] as well, have not gotton any consistent workout as well.
Today was a simple day...Felt hungry around 1pm..eat 1 slice of Sam's club Vege Pizza for lunch ..around 500 calories. I'm sure it was less than 500 calories, but I'd rather have a 100-150 calorie buffer than underestimate my calorie intake. Not planning on having dinner, since I still feel stuffed. Planning to go for a jog later this evening.

Love Singapore!




I had the best of time in Singapore. Love, loved the food, places etc...I have soo much I need to say about Singapore. Coming from NY and having been around the world, quite a bit, I must say this country has THE BEST PUBLIC TRANSPORATION SYSTEM. The local foods are amazing..esp Prata Roti, Curry Puffs, Nasi Lemak, Fish Ball Soups, Chicken Rice,Pau[Red Bea Filling-my fav], Puttu Mayam[Srilankan Dish],Mee goreng, Tutu kueh, Satay bee hoon, Chilli crab, Ice kacang, Chendol, Bubble tea ...and many more.... OMG, the food was so cheap... like 3 curru puffs for 1 Sing Dollar!

Obviously as you can see, the food was too damn good and tempting for me to watch what I eat.. I indulged 100% into every food which looked and tasted good. Experiming these food was a experience.

Either way I've managed to record my food intake since 24th July.... I was in Singapore July 29th - August 5th. Now I'm back in India, headed back to the US on August 15th.

Diet :- 3 cups bkack coffee[1o calories] + 1 cup cucumber juice [20 cal] + 1 cup Orange Juice[40 calories] + 5 cups Tender coconut juice [ 200] + 2 handfull mixture [300 cal] + 1 cup cabbage[50 cal] + Fiber One Bar[140] = 760 calories

Exercise:- 0 calories

Date:- 25-Jul
Diet :- 4 cups coffee[15 calories] + 2 cups sauteed spinach[60 calories] + 2 fiber bar [280 calories] +1 cup mixed snacks[250]+ [2 cups sauteed cabbage [200 calories]=805 calories
Exercise:- 0 calories

Date:- 26-Jul
Diet :- 44 cups coffee[15 calories] + 1.5 cups cabbage[150 calories] + 1.5 Fiber bar [ 180 calories ]+ 2 cups suateed spinach [200 calories] + 1 bite of sweetned rice ball [30 cal]+ snacks[400 cal]= 975 calories
Exercise:- 0 calories

Date:- 27-Jul
Diet :- 3 cups coffee[10 cal]+ 3 cups sauteed spinach[200] + 2 cups cabbage [200 cal] + 5 pretzel sticks[50 cal]= 460 calories

Diet :- 4 cups coffee[10 cal]+ 2 cups sauteed spinach[200] + snacks[300 ca] + 10 potatoe chips[100 cal]= 610 calories

Diet :- 1 cup coffee[40 c]+ 1 HUGE bowl of fishball curry soup [600 cal]+ 1 cone [80 c]+ 1 big nasi lemak[ 350 cal] + 1/2 cup noodle [200 c]=1270 calories
Exercise:- 700 calories

Date:- 2-Aug
Diet :- 1 cup green tea[0c] + 4 small apples [200 c] + 1 nasi[250 c] + 2 cheetos bags [400] + 1 mac spicy chicken burger [450] + 1 potatoe puff [ 250 c] + 2 vanilla cones [300 c] + indian food [350 ]= 2200 calories

Diet :- Tons of Singaporean Food + Lots of IceCream [1700 c] = 1700

Diet :- Mutton Biriyani [2000 cal]=2000 calories

Diet :- Indian Thali meal [400 c] + Chichen Biriyani [800 cal] = 1200 calories

Diet :- 2 Big Kachori[1000 c] + jackfruit seeds[400 ca] + sauteed spinach[200 cal= 1600 calories

Indian Chai




Been drinking Indian Chai, 3-4 cups/day... They are spicy and healthy.Love it!

During the day, I eat Cabbage and Spinach... I usually indulge on local food during dinner... However I don't over do it...I taste a bit of everything... I'm usually full not stuffed..Its hard to stay on a very strict diet, esp when I have to be out on dinner with friends almost every day....
Exercise wise...I've not been getting much since I am chauffeured around everywhere, I hardly get a chance to walk.... Its been great so far, love the people, food, culture etc...

Update From India




Travelled to China on July 2.... Been eating airplane food and local cuisine...
Landed in India yetersday.. Will be here for another 10 days, before I leave to Singapore...
Haven't kept track of calories since July 1st... But plan to get back on track today...Its about 7.45am[Wednesday] here in India. Love it here.

Will keep you guys posted...on how well I do resisting tempting exotic food.

Update From Asia


I travelled last weekend[July 2] to China [work and personal reasons]. Airplane food, time difference...was difficult to keep track of calories... Now I'm in India..Will be here for another 2 weeks, before I head to Singapore...

I would love to take advantage of Indian Yoga..but I doubt I have enough time... I have not been able to keep track of calories for the last 1 week...But I will start today..[Its 7.30am-Wednesday here]... Just had a cup of black coffee...


Today's eating plan:-
1)Indian Chai/Coffee
2)3 cups of sauteed Greens[when hungry only]
3)3 cups of Cooked Cabbage[when hungry only]

Exercise plan:-
1) Jump rope [100 times]
2) Jumping Jacks [100 times]
3) Kick Boxing -[25 - 3 reps]
4) Ab crunch [50]
5) Yoga stretches [ 30 minutes]
6) Walking out and about [1 hour]

Lets see how well I can stick to my plan, considering my hectic schedule....

WaterMelon & Fish - 300 calorie/day




I consumed about 4 cups of water melon cubes [46calorie/cup * 4cups= 184 calories] around 8pm...Was too busy lost track of time and forgot to eat before 7pm... Around 9.30 I had about half slice baked parmesan Tilapia Fish [<100 calories]..... Had a few sips of iced coffee [10 calories]..Overall had a 300 calories day. Not bad...again it been effortless..I am absolutely not hungry, no more late nite binge urge... The power of allowing yourself to eat when your hungry is incredible.. Our Mind Controls Our Body.
