I got home quite late today- around 10pm from travelling... was very hungry..Hadn't had time for lunch either. So fixed myself a healthy hearty dinner ... Baked Salmon [Store bought- just had to microwave 'em] - 340 calories a piece. Steamed Broccoli with cheese [Store bought - just had to microwave 'em] - 135 calories. I was too tired and could hardly finish my dinner.

I start every morning with this energy boosting tasty drink. I call it a miracle drink since apart from weight loss I see a big difference in how clear, smooth my skin feels. Even my eyes look much brighter. Try this you will love it!
Kale leaves - from 1 bunch [I prefer fresh Kale with stem and not the pre-washed salad kind]
Grape fruit - 2
Ninja blender [Best blender ever. Bought this at Sams club for $50]
Strainer [get a basic one from any grocery store]
Method:- Chop kale leaves and wash thoroughly; slice up grapefruit into pieces; Blend kale and grapefruit with some water; then filter. Drink the juice right away to absorb all the nutrients.
Replace any 1 meal with this green drink and Try this for 2 weeks and you will definitely loose weight and feel great!
Pulp:- I usually apply them on my face, use it as a quick scrub or mix the pulp in with my low carb turkey meatballs [I will post the recipe soon]

After almost a year of break from this site, I'm back with a much clearer head. As far as my eating habits, I eat much healthier and work out 3-4 times a week. I dont count calories, but I stick to whole foods, more fruits and veges. I feel good, sleep better, my skin looks great. I haven't weight myself for a long time, as I want to focus on health and putting the right food into my body. I plan to update this site daily, hopefully giving some daily health tips and documenting some of my daily intake with workout routine. I have deleted all my older posts, to have a fresh healthy start. Thanks again for being patient and hope to see you daily..xoxo
